# Dilles aka Jeuner

I build AI systems that stay on your own hardware. Local, decentralized, post-quantum ready.

In IT since 1998. Based in Hilden, NRW, Germany.
|

**Working principle:** build technology the way it will need to work in 2030, not the way it happens to work in 2026.

### Current work
|
|
|
|
**Sovereign Continuity** ... umbrella for autonomous AI swarms that run without a cloud dependency. Identity and trust never leave the machine. Local inference on Silicon Metal and NVidia.
|
|
|
|
**[fonagent-one](https://github.com/Jeuners/fonagent-one)** ... an on-prem AI phone agent for a general practice. Takes the call, transcribes locally, sorts the request into appointment, prescription, referral or emergency, and files it structured. No patient data leaves the box. Whisper.cpp, Ollama with Qwen, FreeSWITCH, own live dashboard.

### Language
|

Many of these repos are in German, deliberately. The systems run where German is the
|
|
working language ... a practice, a workshop, an office in NRW. Documentation that does
|
|
not reach the people operating the thing is decoration.

|

Python, FastAPI, Qdrant, A2A protocol. Whisper, Ollama. Hetzner, Cloudflare. PQC design against the NIST standards (ML-DSA).
