Jeuner a0f1beb662 feat: route Durchwahl 9 (rufagent) to Astra via dedicated dialplan rule ... Calls to DW9 were falling through to the praxis answering machine because no dialplan/public rule matched its DDI header, and dialplan/agentzwei's existing rule lives in a context real inbound calls never reach. Add dw9_rufagent.xml.tpl (deployed as 00_dw9_rufagent.xml, must sort before 00_praxis_ab.xml alphabetically, see comment) and wire it into einrichten.sh.
