Current work

Sovereign Continuity ... umbrella for autonomous AI swarms that run without a cloud dependency. Identity and trust never leave the machine. Local inference on dual RTX 3090.

fonagent-one ... an on-prem AI phone agent for a general practice. Takes the call, transcribes locally, sorts the request into appointment, prescription, referral or emergency, and files it structured. No patient data leaves the box. Whisper.cpp, Ollama with Qwen, FreeSWITCH, own live dashboard.

logpy ... the public backbone that ties the pieces together.

Language

Many of these repos are in German, deliberately. The systems run where German is the working language ... a practice, a workshop, an office in NRW. Documentation that does not reach the people operating the thing is decoration.
